Frequently Asked Questions

Changes cannot be made to your order. If you want to make a change to your order, your payment for your old order will be refunded if your order has not been shipped. Then you need to create a new order again. If your order has been shipped, you must send the products to us with an exchange request.
You can track your orders by going to "MY ACCOUNT > MY ORDERS > ORDER DETAIL".
You can pay for your orders by credit card or debit debit card.
Your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days on average after your payment is confirmed. During special days and weeks, public holidays and extraordinary circumstances, product deliveries may be delayed.
Orders cannot be placed from abroad.
We deliver our products via UPS and Fedex. Likewise, you can send your returns to us free of charge via UPS and Fedex.
If your order does not arrive, please note your shipping and delivery information (your shipping company and shipping tracking number) in the "My account > my orders > order detail" section. You can get detailed information about the delivery status of your package by calling domestic shipping customer services.
When you click on the cargo tracking link next to your order number in the "My Account > My Orders > Order Detail" section, you can automatically connect to PTT Kargo or MNG Kargo's website according to the delivery type you have selected and follow the status of your cargo.
When your order is delivered to cargo, an information e-mail containing your cargo company and cargo tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address you specified when registering to our site.

We cannot change the address after your order is delivered to cargo. In this type, you can get detailed information about the customer services of the cargo company to which your order was delivered.

If I cannot be reached at the delivery address, can delivery be made to someone else?

Your products can only be delivered to the address and person you specify. Apart from this, the product cannot be delivered to any other address until you contact customer service.
